PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Mod Mane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience an issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mod Mane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
